The 1968 Hawk Golf team finished with an 8-3 over-all record and established a new school scoring record of 287 in their victory over Cobleskill. The Hawks captured the State University Junior College Athletic Conference for the second straight year with a 5-0 conference record. They finished first in the Sub Region tournament at Twin Ponds and fourth in the Region III Championships at Corning Country Club. Seniors Bob Furmanski, Tom Jenny, Ted Wegrzyn and Len Abrahamson will be missed through graduation next season. Bob Longo and Rich Zerdecki will return to provide a nucleus for next season ' s squad.
