Strands of extra-curricular activities have been woven through the MHS fabric of life during the past year. The Executive Com- mittee of the school student body has worked hard solving the problems pre- Q sented to it as well as other business with which it was concerned. This is also true of the execu- tive groups of the four classes. Dances, assemblies, rallies, and various other events have woven themselves into this fabric. After football season, recent all-star cast movies were shown to the student body during lunch periods. The successful March of Dimes drive was an all- school project in which many individuals as well as groups and clubs participated. A candy sale put on by the Boys' Glee Club to raise money for white dinner jackets was carried through. These are some of the major events which made up the fabric of Modesto High Schools life during the past year. These events have been a part of its extra-curricular life. ' 7
