ini ,pl Li The Student Advisory Council Plans Activities The Student Advisory Council, under the leadership of Student Body President Bob Banks, started the year's activi- ties out with a picnic at Hitchcock Park followed by a dance at the school. Throughout the year noon meetings were held to discuss school policies and problems. Some of the activities under the direction of the council were the Snowball, Spring Formal, and school dances. Each class was represented by one member on the council. Five teachers served as ad- visors for the year. They were: Loren Kasten, Francis Kiepke, Rich Hinkley, Loretta Klaus, and Jerry Hatzen- buhler. 115 President Robert Banks presiding over the Advisory Council meeting after the members had steak dinners in the Oak Room.
