We did find ourselves, however, in time to elect our candidate Fun Frolic Queen that first year. In our sophomore year we really got into the swing of things. Selection of our class rings was a big event and the opportunity to wear them gave us special pride. During our junior year we realized, as we presented the class play, that no matter whether we were in the audience or behind stage, we were members of an importantgroup, the Class of '59, With anticipation of great things to come in our senior year, we chose Marlin Shedd, Class President, Bill I-laverly, Vice-President, Glenda Ringle, Secretary, and Millie Lam- brecht, Treasurer fpicture at leftj. ln this senior year we secretly accept the fact that any- thing we do is for the last time. We shake our heads and wonder where it went---then hesitate and wish that I A l four more years.
