SENTOR CLASS lHlllSTORY HE Freshman Class of 1926, or Class of '30, arrived on the campus one frosty fall morning ninety-seven strong, elected Wlillard Page, the tall boy from New Yawk as Class President, and proceeded to pursue an education, until now, that the four-year process has just about completed, a resume of the accomplishments of the Class, and its checkered career might prove interesting. Of the ninety-seven that started out single and unmarried, fifteen have been struck with the matrimonial complex, four choosing their Ulife mates from the college roster. In other words, fifteen per cent are no longer free, single, and un- married. Thirty-six will receive their degrees from Missouri Valley College, and nineteen have already or will graduate from other colleges in the Class of '30. Or, fifty-six per cent will graduate or have already graduated. ' Nine who have dropped out of school, have re-entered school again either at Missouri' Valley or elsewhere. The members of this Class have made thirty-four letters in football, fifteen letters in basket ball, fourteen letters in baseball. There are three men in the Class who are lettermen in three major sports. This Class has contributed six captains of teams in major sports, a cheerleader for four years, one stu- dent president, two May queens, twenty members to the Men's Glee Club, and twenty-four members to the Girls' Glee Club and a director for two years.
