the growing enrollment CHEMICAL ENGINEERING The increased enrollment in chemical engineering and Chemistry clearly echoes the increased emphasis placed on these fields by today's industries. To keep pace with the growing enrollment in the fields of chemistry, the department has acquired an additional building and has renovated the old chemistry building. Laboratory expansion has included the acquisition of the new infrared and ultraviolet spectrometers. With the enrollment in chemistry now at a zenith the fu- ture of graduate engineers in this field is unlimited.
