And, so it was with the I969 CROSSROADS statt. But through even more than the usual blood, sweat, and tears the statt T' N A letter from Cover Art by Jim Burrell iand our new sponsor, Mrs. Bobbie Shortl have pertormed amazingly well. Each year's statt claims to have produced a bigger and better volume than the year betore. lnevitably some areas are improved only to slight others. We hope that by the time the entire volume ot tour issues is published, the weaknesses will be tew. lt the cliche to err is human is admissible evidence, then we loudly proclaim our member- ship in the human race!
