Contemplation and refreshment. cademics A school can boast of its number, its striking buildings, its modern or traditional architecture, its All-American athletes, its cleverly landscaped campus, and even of its many outstanding scholars, its old untarnished record, its even better than evern executed pro- grams of progress, its high national ranking, or its many federal grants and scholarships for its students. Even though it holds true that all these components of a college are important for the schoolis image, it also holds true that without a capable, understanding faculty, no college can boast of demanding the most from its students. The faculty is the motivating force of the campus, and its effects are felt in many fields of endeavor. MSCW has one such motivating faculty, a faculty it can be proud of, and one of which it can surely boast. An artistic shape progresses rapidly under Miss Summer's observance. 'LI Campus Christmas decorations and smiling faces are pleasant before the holidays.
