1 Q ti 5 5 Z L ,Q ,, fe 3' 'I E if f The President Dr. Charles P. Hogarth Through his willingness to carry MSCW into the frontiers of knowledge, Dr. Charles P. Hogarth has instituted and developed many new programs. MSCW has witnessed an excellent summer school program, its graduate program has become fully accredited, its National Teacher Fellowship aid has increased. The most outstanding feature of his plans is the program of building faculty apartments, an adminis- tration-classroom building, dining extension to the student center, plus a new library, dormitory, and president's home. Emphasis for 1967-68 has been retaining the great traditions of the past, modernizing for the present and the future, in addition to keeping conduct within the range of decency and high standards. Dr. Hogarth states, 'ifiespect is what we want, and respect is what we getf' 18
