Sallie Ann Neblett TUESDAY MANAGING EDITOR BOYD GATLIN— EDITOR-IN-CHIEF THE REFLECTOR Bob Sanford FRIDAY MANAGING EDITOR This year Mississippi State University ' s student newspaper, The Reflector, set a new pace for the seventy-seven year old publication. The year 1965-1966 saw The Reflector change from a weekly journal with an out-dated format to a semi-weekly tabloid. In addition, the printing method was changed to offset and augment other innovations. The Reflector ' s pages carried such outstanding stories as the presidential resignation and Dr. Giles ' s subsequent appointment, the debates over legisla- tive appropriations, Student Association actions, the bleed-in for Vietnam, and the heated controversv over student freedoms.
