Activities is a term that has a lot of meaning on the Campus here at Mississippi State. It covers our Student Government, Dance Committee, Orchestra, Publica- tions, and many other parts of student life. Although our education in our chosen fields of study is the most im- portant activity here at State, much is to be gained by taking a part in the extra-curricular activities of- fered here. All students have an equal oppor tunity to participate in these activities, This phase of student life opens the way for leadership and gives great opportunity to students to prove their abilities as student leaders.
