The Board of Trustees The Action-Makers Headed by Board chairman Jack Harper of Indianola, the MDJC Board meets monthly to discuss campus policies and procedures. Working under public scrutiny of the media and numerous state agencies, the Board has spent hours on budget-cut adjustments, accreditation mandates, and construction plans. They have overseen one of the busiest years in MDJC ' s history. Members of the MDJC Board are Jack E. Harper, Jr., Chairman; Mrs. S.N. Allen, Secretary; Louis Fancher, Glenn E. Norwood, Ben R. Blackley, Robert Oakes, Lonnie Haynes, H.I. Clark, Malcolm Commer, John Darnell, John W. Garrard, H.T. Greer, Herbert Hargett, J.F.
