REFLECT on the respites at home — the getting away from the books — and the return, somehow welcomed, somehow dreaded. There is the rush of days — the time so preeious before final examinations yet spent, so often, in things that are trivial but re- membered so long — dates, all night discussions, movies, fun nights. This too is part of the panorama.

What are reflections? Surely not passing thoughts or mere transitory moods. Our reflections are of two-fold nature; the visual and the thoughtful; the ephemeral and the lasting. S hen we reflect on Mississippi Delta Junior College we reflect on the whole pano- rama of the past two years. Friends, books, the future, the past, the coming of age are all part of our thought. Our emotions, our concepts, our memories are all part of that panorama. When we reflect on Mississippi Delta Junior College we reflect on our sensations when we walk into class or meet anew person or make a new discovery.

REFLECT on the spirit of the student body when the Trojans come out on top and the disillusion- ment when everything goes wrong. There is always a spirit — a feeling that this is our school, our friends, our team, at work for us. Win, lose, or draw, there is a feeling binding all to- gether from the first game on. This too is part of the panorama.
