This group, reactivated this year, sponsored the clean-up cam- paign and provided free programs for our home basketball games. HI-Y BACK ROW: Richard West, James Hinant, Jim Barker. Composed of all four classes, this group has the duty of supervising student affairs. The council is not all business: it also sponsors social functions: dances, convocations, student drives, and service classes for the student's pleasure and education.
