Friday night Missionary Meeting means fresh news from workers just recently re- turned from the field. As each speaker un- folds the story of his work, students search their hearts for the still small voice . . . maybe this is God's place for me? MISSION ARY rfgi lk f H ru jx -. ' Hesitantly, we open the seal. fearing lest the Master's orders be other than foreign service. With expectant hearts we scan the letter until we locate the coveted sen- tence that informs us of our acceptance . . . now we can go. MESSENGERS --,, .--MA ,L Our hearts ache as we de- part, leaving everything known, loved, and cherished. But our imaginations are quickly carried to the shore on which we will soon arrive. What will greet us? . . . un- realized suffering, strange customs, unexpected barriers, and cold reality. Page 97
