The native-'s violently passionate and deeply religious nature is mirrored in' rhythmic music, unstable politics, allegiance to the Roman Catholic Church, and his distinctive social customs. The South American may live in mod- ern city or in a lazy village, either jogging burro-back on mountain trail or soaring silver-winged through the air- ways. Jaw Ska!! 7494 Balzaae WMJM4 Wray Jem? NEAR EAST Loading the caravan ln Khavaba. THE GIRL was lying face downward, unconscious on the cobblestones. A Christian passer-by helped her home and summoned the Missionary to EIenor's home. After two weeks elapsed, Elenor Matar expressed her desire for healing. She had been a drug addict to offset frequent violent convulsions. Christians prayed fervently that day until mid-afternoon when the Missionary demanded the demon to depart in Jesus' name. The victim shrieked, her body racked with pain. She fell to the floor screaming, Strength has gone out of me. Suddenly she jumped up and tried to praise the Lord. The demon sought desperately to enter a Saint of God who was praying. Clutching her arm the Christian moaned, Oh it feels like a knife through my arm! Twenty minutes of earnest prayer ensued before she was also delivered, Great was our joy for the freedom from the powers of darkness. M9 Wedding at close of conference in Ghusm.

Behold now is the accepted time, now is the day of salva- tion. II Cpll. 6:2 SCDUTI-I AMERICA IN THIS cosmopolitan land of South America--blessed with a multi- plicity of natural resources, the envy of all other nations--are millions of Indians living in extreme poverty in the interior mountain ranges and jungles. While in contrast are the cultured and learned living in modern, thriving cities such as Buenos Aires, Santiago, Lima, and, the most beau- tiful city in the world, Rio de Janeiro. The secular and religious leadership has been degenerate, corrupt, and immoral, leaving these people in spiritual confusion and darkness. Many of them are illiterate, diseased, and morally degenerate. They live in continual dread of devils and witch doctors. But we have a glorious message! We, who are the guardians of s-ouls, must rescue them from the raging fire of a living hell. Let us go in the name of the Lord. Today is the day of salvation , . , tomorrow means doom.
