Sponsor of Motor-Cross - Mr. Norman Neville. Mission Viejo Ski, Motor-Cross, Judo, and Soccer are four of the many organizations designed to provide an opportunity for students to become involved in various activities. Ski Club was established for the purpose of giving enthusiastic skiers a chance to get together and plan trips to places where snow is abundant. This year the Ski Club took two trips to Utah during Christmas and Easter vacations. The. Motor-Cross, Judo and Soccer Clubs all began this year and although few in number, they plan to expand and draw more members nerfi year. Members of G.A.A. filling the steps, row upon row prove that their's is the largest organization in Mission Viejo High School. Furthermore, this large membership also shows the F'up coming importance and popularity of Girls Athletics. G.A.A. cabinet, top to bottom:'Amy Sciarrotta, Pam Mabry. Cathy lngrim, Jan Griffith, Keli Smith, Kerry Dudridge, Sue Sproul, Cindy Grimes, Eileen Hebets, Lu Ann Woodridge, Debbie Galle n. . .5 9 1 M.V.'s C.l.F. bound field hockey team drives down the field. G.A.A. has proved to be very active during the 74-75 school year. In addition to the competitive sports the organization participated in last year: Tennis, Basketball, Badmitton, Field Hockey, Softball. Volleyball, and Modern Dance, they have added two more sports: Gymnastics and Track and Field. Also participation in C.l.F. competition is new in G.A.A. this year.
