Coach Chuck Greva and his JV duffers plan ahead for their shot on the varsity team. lt has been said that in sports the hardest thing to do is repeat as a champion. This is the task that was facing the 1975 Golf team as South Coast League play got underway. Coach Bob Minier and his 1974 duffers won a CIF title, the first ever for Mission Viejo High School. This season's team was without three members of last years victors which made the defending champions job that much tougher. Coach Minier was looking toward Ted Cumming and Mark O'Meara to get the Diablos past favored San Clemente in 1975 match play and lead his team to another crown.
