It is not a co-ed school yet it offers whatever advan- tages such a school may have while it escapes most disadvantages. One of the ad- HOP-A-LONG.' A free bike ride for Leo Power, and a buggy ride for Kenny Galvin at the varsity initiation dance. Pat Collins and Janet Kadra are the coolies. SWINGING PARTNERS at a barn dance are Frank and Bob Walsh Cno relationj. The partners aren't identi- fied. 'I vautages is a well-rounded social program. The activities conducted under the auspices of the Social Club provide entertainment, wholesome recreation and an opportunity for the boys and girls to become acquainted under the best possible circumstances. The Dance Committee is elected by popular vote and is under the direction of faculty mod- erators, Brother Rian and Sister Bl. Im- maculata. NYhile the moderators attend the weekly meetings, the Committee is largely self-governing and the members accept their responsibility seriously. The Friday night dances, the roller skating parties and the Senior Prom give evidence of this fact. Brother Thomas Patrick also plays a very important role each week in his dual capacity of cashier and t'sergeant-at- arms .
