Spirit Week, held on the week of Oct. 'I3-'I7 on the weed patch, made our school a pleasant place to be. There were many activities to participate in, said Kori Rucker, the first place winner of the stick horse obstacle race. These activities in- cluded a corn-on-the-cob eating contest, potato sack race, tug of war, stick horse obstacle course, and last but not least the rally. Our second spirit week, held Nov. 3-7, included the tricycle race, licorice eating contest, 4 legged race, eating relay race, and spirit cake. The win- ners always won a ticket to a dance or to a varsi- ty football game.
