The increase of security this past year h lowered ditching to a reasonable rate. With the new idl of distributing walkie talkies to security many stude decided to stay in class. The walkie talkie's enabled t security and TA's to communicate about possible truan while still supervising the grounds. Some students tried to help out security by attendii classes but there were still the few stragglers who did nl feel like going to class. They thought the weather was tc nice to be locked up in a stuffy room. Some simply wo trying to avoid taking a test they weren't prepared for, i didn't wish to face a teacher without finished homewor Others just had a sudden attack of hunger pains and toi off to one ofthe local fast food places to grab a bite to el spending what little money they had. This had caused t student who made ditching an art form into a sneak,l whisper and a liar to get past security. As Lloyd Cabani said, 'T he best way to get past security is pretend y know where you're going and confidently walk by, o more thing you must also have a serious facial expressi X J rr 4 ' ' I , ti
