Crui ing To The Music Cruise directors of this year's kick-off dance opening the year, were the A.S.B., the Key Club, and the Senior Class, which were in charge of ticket sales. These active sailors also ran the concession stand in the lobby of the promenade deck, while Marauders sailed through the evening with music by D.J. K-Hollywood, who played a variety of popular hits. The highlight of the evening was a drawing for a pair of Rolling Stones concert tickets, won by Lori Ramos. The dance was profitable and an enjoyable evening cruise for everyone involved due to the large turnout. 1. Marauders take a break from the fast pace of the dance, 2. Ring Around The Moon T'was a grave story that unfolded on the stage of Mira Mesa High School. Dracula was presented by the Sword and Scroll Honorary Drama Society with only three weeks rehearsal. That mythical monster, Count Dracula fin his batman outfitl, was flying night patterns over Mira Mesa. It was love at first bite according to the many ladies in theCount's night life and with a raise of an eyebrow after each bite, you could see Dracula's great delight. Since the Count is several hundred years old he suffers from tired blood. The Count, alas! is doomed to bachelorhood because coffins are not yet made in double sizes- at least not on the S.S. Marauder. I would stake my life on that but that would be fatal. 1. The maid cautiously walks around in the dungeon. 2. Tension mounts as Jonathan attempts to kill Dracula. 3.
