The entire proceedings were under the very capable direction of Miss Constance Frank. The Prom theme was carried out as a royal court in streamers of maroon and white. Tom Frericks and Mildred Enneking were crowned King and Queen and were presented with gifts by the host class. The Prom was semi-formal. After the banquet, everyone enjoyed dancing to the music of Les Shephard and his orchestra. As we look backward at the past Prom, we remember the hard work involving decorating and raising money for the occasion. But this labor was gladly forgotten when we received glittering compliments from faculty, parents, and students. we were very proud of our first Prom, which, we believe , was the finest in the history of Minster High School, and which, we hope, will be used as a goal for future years. enior arid redenfd To Minster High School a new basketball scoreboard, modern in every detail. This donation serves as a parting gift from the seniors of 50. We hope, it will refresh our memory after years have passed and high school days have long been forgotten. Also, a life-size picture of Minster High School'e first football team. This picture will mark a milestone in the progress of the Orange and Black athletic program, and we are very proud to aid in this inevit able progress. 33 ,yl'l!0l I'l'l6lAfg tk? ale 5 masonry 34 Jo Ann Friemering Barbara Weaver Martha Schroeder Anna Mae Kelch Shirley Poeppelman Shirley Oldiges Marilyn Brinlsnan Mary Sautman Marcella Hoying Rita Horstman Connie Bohman Jean Westerheide Beatrice Busse Jean Hackemoller Marian Wendeln Bob Hoying Larry Kemper Gene Boyd Ernest Winner Kurt Lammers Charles Otting Doris Jean Camp Nancy Bensman Velma Ziegenbusch Velma Schlater Ted Wilkens Virgil Moorman Vic Poeppelman Ruth Liesner Arlene Helmsing Betty Thiemsn Virginia Fortman Nellie Bornhorst Muriel Bensman Eileen Bergman Janice Eiting Norman Bertke Marcellus Hoying Will Dahlinghaus Joe Batmer Don Bachmen Nick Hogenkamp J im Weghorst Bud Winner Orvis winner Tom Fogt enior AMBITION Miss America To graduate Pharmacist Get to heaven Famous skater Slave driver Bookkeeper Private Secretary Comedian To be a teacher Opera Singer Famous swimmer Registered nurse Daredevil Bachelor of Science Degree Fly to the Moon Deep sea diver Singer Mechanic Chemist Owner of saloon To be married before '75 or know reason why Public speaker Medical technologist Lion trainer Organ Grinder Ping Pong champ Scientist Pass Government with s nutle higher gr-me To retire Find. the lost chord Beautitian College Degree Nurse To own a Cadillac To do the impossible Millionaire Big-time Farmer Mechanic Millionaire Coach Professional Bum Own a pool room F.B.I.
