This was their dedica- tion: This annual, the first attempt of the senior class to perpetuate the memory of school years in Minooka High, is dedicated to the patrons of Minooka Community High School District Number 111 and Minooka Consolidated School District Number 210, in token of appreciation for their promotion of the ideals of education. The name M-DI-AN comes from the word Indian, our school symbol. The M, for Minooka, was substituted for the first syllable in Indian to make the name M-DI-AN. Every year since 1942 the annual has been published under this name. The M-DI-AN staff would like to thank the faculty and the student body for their co-operation in making this annual a success.
