Academic Excellence outstanding MHS students This year MHS was represented by two students who were National Merit Semif inialists. Both George Harvey and Katherine Schott, a new student from Jefferson, earned the honor. They are now eligible for the finalist competition, with the winners to be announced in spring. Six other students received letters of commendation in the National Merit Scholarship Competition.
