Homecoming '77 began with the announcement of candi- dates , the classes choosing their attendants, and the plans for the class floats being put into action. For the rest of the week tension and excitement grew. Thursday night the annual pepfest was held and through the skits and speeches everyone was anxiously waiting for the crowning of the Queen. All eyes were on the royalty as they were introduced and escorted to the stage.
