“fi 01 LIKE The Student Council worked its hardest during the 1976- 1977 season to fulfill the requests of the student body. One of these requests was to have a Student Government Day in which the students took on the responsibilities of the teacher in the classroom. The offices of Superinten- dent and Principal were also represented by students. Other suggestions were brought to the attention of the Council including the possibility of hanging a curtain in the lounge to separate the weight machine from the lounge area. A new Viking head was painted on a wall in the lounge, and the possibility of having a foosball table put in for the student's enjoyment was also con- sidered.
