The Spanish department has been under the direction of Mr. Rick Olson for the last eleven years. He has had six classes with 135 students in all. “El Club De Espanol” had many interesting activities over the year. They attended the German Club Okto-berfest along with the other language clubs. In October an initiation ceremony including a taco supper was held. They attended an indoor Kick’s game, a Christmas caroling party, and in the spring were hosts to the other languages for a special dinner. Seniors Angel Mordh and Connie Nelson were in charge of the year’s activities.
