Committees ignite interest Committees play an important part in student government. This year the committees consisted of a chairman and anyone interested in planning the functions of the committees. The Homecoming chairmen, Martha Tozer and Jan England, created an oriental atmosphere for Homecoming 1969. Religious Committee: P. Langguth. M. Stohlbcrg, G. Kallberg, M. Ahlquwt, S. Ertgdahl. P. Gronvall, C Bass. Student chapel and the gospel folk teams were organized by the religious committee. The idea of the student body getting involved in the problems of the world today was brought up and discussed during the Day of Concern on November 26, 1969, also planned by the religious committee. Student leadership was encouraged through the achievements of the student leadership and participation committee.
