To give you an education without basing it on God's Word is like sharpening a tool without giving directions to its use. Your education has been centered in Christ It has made you sensitive to your needs and those of your fellowman. You are important people. You, and seniors in particular, are the voices of the Christ in a troubled age. The order of our day i s change There are changes in vision, changes in values, and changes in forms. Violence and revolution often accompany change. Our Lutheran High is not immuned to change. You, the graduating class of 1963 will continue to find yourselves involved with change and finding solutions to the prob-Iems of manki nd. I have you in my heart. I have faith in you, and the hope that the time you spent at Lutheran High has deepened your conviction that Christ is very much alive Give yourself to Him as He has given Himself for you. When He disciplines you, thank Him. May our unchanging Lord, living and ever-present be with you always
