Mr. Robert Bematonis has been assisting with instrumental music during this term. Material and equipment, made available through federal funds, were se- cured to aid in the instruction of modern foreign languages, science, and mathe- matics. Three rooms were closed in the Second Street Building this fall. The building now houses grade one and kindergarten, Borough children grades two to six are enrolled at Fourth Street. GXJ7

FELSBURC Miss Ruth Felsburg, who began teaching in the Minersville Public School System in 1911, completed last year a lengthy and impressive career of forty- eight years in the classroom. For many of these years, she was the building principal of the Second Street fTownclockj Elementary School. She graduated from Minersville High School and did her preparatory work in education in a series of summer courses at Penn State. A vigorous and purposeful teacher, she commands the respect and Well wishes of the thousands who were her pupils, and we are happy to publish this issue of the ELEUSINIA in her honor.
