FOREWORD This edition of the Burro has been published with but one objective; to capture a year between its covers. While we know that life at Mineral Wells High School is a multitude of realities which are too intangible to be related in black and white, perhaps in some small way we can pre- serve the friendships which we all hold so dearly. If this book will serve to bridge the past and bring to mind the priceless memories of joy and pleasures of the year just gone by, it will serve its purpose. We have attempted to depict the activities in a scenic and picturesque way. There are those without whose efforts this book, one of the largest Mineral Wells has ever published, would not have been possible. The staff would like to thank all of you.
