To Hubert M. Carnes, superintendent of the Mineral Wells public schools, we wish to dedicate the 1955 BURRO. In his three years at Mineral Wells Mr. Carnes has achieved numerous improvements, the largest of which is our new high school build- ing. His able guidance is felt throughout the school system. Se are proud to take this opportunity to pay tribute to an outstand- ing leader in the schools and community.
