sd. W, g., As our high school life now ends, We bid farewell to all our friends, To those who helped and guided us, too, Let us never forget to be true. We thank our principal and teachers dear Who helped and guided us year after year, Our Friends and classmates we'll never forget, And all the good times we've had since we met. Our parents and teachers who helped us each day When our paths seemed dark and we lost our way, They helped us all our hardships to bear, To each of us they were iust and fair. All the rules that were set to follow Making us a better scholar, Our friends who were always ready to help To perk us up and give us pep. We know there will be much toil and strife Journeying down our roads of lite, But as we go from day to day, Let us never forget to pray. As we leave our wonderful school, Remember to follow The Golden Rule , May we hold our memories dear, For they will always bring us cheer. Soon the time will come at last To turn to the future instead of the past, But we'll remember you to the end, To the class of '56 you'll always be a friend. Now as we go our separate way On this our graduation day, We love you, Alma Mater, and we'll never forget The pattern of life for us you have set.
