Y 1 r an Shadow and 0 ' Under the gavel of John Perry English, Clan President, the Freshmen have operated in a separate building this year and have participated both in Junior and Senior High activities to some extent. For one thing, the two class sections attended both school assemblies' and both athletic events. However, this class was associated with only the Junior High students in Student Council work. Listed on school activities are many in the Jacket Band from this roster, Buddy Miller and Tommy Bowdoin on the Jacket root- bell squad, and Miller, Boudoin and Robert Dickerson on the court squad. Dianne Martindale and Rose Kinney petfonned in the Maiorette section, and Dixie Johnson and Jerry Puckett are 1957 Class Favorites.
