SENIOR CLASS HISTORY Soon now we must depart . . . We are leaving Mineola High School after four of the most wonderful years of our lives. When we became Juniors, we started to make a place for ourselves in the history of our school. There was the Junior Dance, Guys and Dolls, and the terrific Prom we gave last year's Senior Class, Mandarin Mist, held at the Hempstead Armory. Now we are the Seniors, ready to say good- bye to Mineola. Looking back on this year, we have had wonderful times selling booster buttons, giving our Senior Dance, Goblins' Gambol, and attending our Senior Dinner. There was Senior Day, too, with its scholar- ships for some deserving Senior. Now, fi- nally, comes Graduation and in our maroon and white caps and gowns, we say a final farewell to our high school. Alma Mater, now we sing, all hail to thee. 31 Proudly Maroon and Gray, GARY ABUEL.O Senor Jr. Council 3; Honor Society 3, 4; Senior Day 4; Service Squad 3, 4; Chemistry Club 4; College Club 3, 4; Soccer 3, 4 (Capt. 4); Chess Club 4; Mathletes 3; Herricks: Latin Club 1 (Treas. 1).
