CLASS WILL we the Senior class of 1952, proven of sound mind do hereby make our last will and testament, and in doing so, revoke and make all previous wills void and uneffectful June Baker wills her left over romances to Victoria Johnson La Von Danielson wills her ability to come to school everyday to La Donna Peplinski Larry Gilbertson wills his curley hair to Fred Grotham Dorothy Haag wills her typing skill to Orville Simonson Lyle Jerome wills his recipe for keeping a steady girl friend to Wil lis Kastenschmidt Marion Jerome wills her ability to go without sleep to Doris Horst man Naomi Koopmann wills her correspondence with the armed forces to Mary Robert Olson wills his huge appetite to Jimmy Kroener John Paisley wills his short crew cuts to any of the boys who spend their time trying to look like Gabby Haynes Arlen Pfaff wills a few inches of his height for basket ball playing to Eugene Lange Deloris Pfaff wills her quietness to Janet Storandt Ruth Simonson wills her giggles and good times on the bus to Leslie Swartz Sara Smith wills her capacity for talking to Russel Davis Gloria Storandt wills her love for Melrose to Marlene Johnson Jean Swancutt wills her Saturday nights at Bangor to Violet Krueger Joan Swancutt wills her ability to catch the man she wants, to Sarah Ann Waldenberger. Edward Timm wills his speed and energy to Andy Olson. Janice Timm wills one of her A's in Chemistry from Mr. Spors to Ran- dolph Opland. Ruth Ustby wills her friendly attitude to Leslie Swartz. Yvonne West wills her cheerleading skirt to Janet Storandt. To the Juniors we leave our good looks for their future Senior Class pictures. the Sophomores we will our studious manner. the Freshmen we will our good manners and conduct. Stanley we will our old wads of paper and gum. Mr. Spors we will our sense of humor. Mr. Hanke we will our patience. Mr. Dunk we will our ability to cooperate with the other teachers, with the hopes that he'll make out all right Cwrightl. To Mrs. Parks we will our vitamins and pep. CLASS PROPHECYN i i Just think' Here it is 1962 already' Why it seems just yes terday when I was fleeing over old 'lO8' to Mindoro High School' But here I am, settled in my life long ambition as an element ary school teacher After a few years of pranks and capers from my 'little darlings,' I decided a vacation would be just the thing I think I'll visit Mindoro again So I climb in my jet pro pelled rocket to see my classmates again As I arrive in Mindoro I notice first Vonnie Vest, Muscles they call her and she is doing well as a Phy Ed Teacher Vonnie agreed to drive me around, so in a flash we were off to see the rest I had always wondered where my old pal Ruth Ustby was now Von nie told me that Ruth was teaching a school out West called the Lit tle U N where kids of all nationalities go My' How Mindoro has changed, I thought I noticed a tall, mag nificnet building There was a sign in front that read 'G1llen's Public Library Walk In I talked to the head librarian, Mrs Pat Fillen and noticed my old chum, Naomi Koopmann we came to 'Timms Dog Kennels For The Best In Purebreds, Visit Us ' Smiling behind a Saint Bernard I noticed Sonny Timm I asked Vonnie where Gloria Storandt lived, and Vonnie said, 'Oh she's Mrs Bob Olson now She drove me to Gloria's, and when we arrived Gloria seemed quite upset She said, 'Oh, Junior is very sick ' I noticed two very efficient nurses giving little Junior his medicine, and soothing him Well, of all people, Janice Timm and De loris Pfaff We climbed back in the car again and I noticed a big farm with many buildings I looked at the mailbox and it read 'Arlen Lee Pfaff Waving to us from the kitchen door was his cute little wife, Sara Ann, who invited us in for a cup of coffee and fresh biscuits we noticed Sara had company, Mr and Mrs John Paisley, John's lit tle wife was Deloris Bisher' Vonnie told me as we were traveling again that Bob Olson and Larry Pilbertson were driving trucks at West Salem Vonnie said, By the way, Joan what is Jean doing now N I told her that Jean was teaching grade school near Melrose, not far from there we visited another school where Dorothy Haag was teaching I was lucky to come to Mindoro when I did because Marion Jerome and Ruth Slmonson were home on furloughs after four long years with the Air Force La Von Danielson was working in an office in Milwaukee, Vonnie told We found ourselves in Stevenstown, so we stopped in and chatted with June Baker, now the mother of two cute little boys When we had finally come to the end of our trip, I stayed at Vonnie's The next morning I was off again in my jet propelled rock et, to my students in grade school It was so nice to see them When I arrived at the door they all yelled 'Hi, Miss Swancutt,' so now you know who wrote this 7 Q .
