'tx Because ul . . . our leaders believe in the youth of the town, progress is never at a standstill. The parish fathers outgrew their quarters in the half-century-old courthouse, so now we have Junior this magnificent structure. Isn't it beautiful! And other changes have taken place- the old red school house where many of the school board and city-council members, themselves, went to school and which now serves as the High School is yielding its place on the campus to a modern, up-to-date structure. But the P. T. A. was not willing for the youths of '64 to be ignorant of this progress. The familiar old brick building has been molded in china, and now some 500 plates hang gaily on walls in the homes of students and alumni alike.
