We learned so many things, but the accomnlishment of learning to read cannot be surpassed. We worked hard learning our numbers phonics, writng, and many other skills, but we had our share of fun in learning songs, playing many games and constructing things from paper and other meduims. We also learned how to get along with each other and in general how to behave in school. We have grown up from little children to well- behaved young ladies and gentlemen who are happily anticipating many more years of happy school experiences. We had much change in our class, losing and gaining new pupils. We had four children move away. They were Helen and Ellen Newton, Sammy Johnson and Betty Jane Harper. We gained five new pupils in return--Butch Bingman, Wayne Derbin, Linda Berlin, and Jean and Peggy Little.
