SENIOR CLASS Presldent Don Wright V1ce president B111 Missieldt Secretary Lois Hunter Treasurer Barbara Newman Sergeant at arms Arnold MBIIIHSOD Advisors Miss W1n1fred Thoms Dr Dan1elT Helms As the Sen1ors of 1945 leave Milwaukle Uruon High School this spring they take with them many pleasant memor1es and leave many accomplishments and contrlbutions wh1ch w1ll be remembered The Senior Permanent Committee work1ng with the class oihcers kept the affairs ol the class runn1ng smoothly Its members were Scott Adams Bob Nael Beryl Darby Iune Grossenbacher Guy Gerber Kathryn Kxbble Helen Secor Neil Sutherland Alan Peterson and Marvm Witt The Semor Class play Brother Goose was presented early in the year Its cast 1ncluded Iack Hinshaw Pat Arnold Don Wright Iean Goins Pat Curley Lois Strauss Phyllis Whipple Mary Thompson Bettv Wheeler and Dyden Nehl end of the venture was handled by Arthur Schuldt and lack Eldridge George Brigham was chosen cap a1n ol the football team and also earned honors by being named on the all state team Other Seniors to play football were Ken Enckson George Morse Bob Pratt lack Cooper Guy Gerber B111 Heater Arnold Martmson Pete Hahn Chuck Faraswormh B1llM1ssfeldt Dick H1cks I1m Cooper and Dick McNulty Sen1ors composing th basketball team were Iack Cooper Don Wright George Norse Don Worthington Bob Pratt Dick H1cks and Les Palmer Earning their letters in cross country were Alan Peterson Marvm Wltt and Iack Hmshaw Seniors whose names appeared on the final Horror Roll for the hrst semester were Manes Barton Arletta Craig Rosellen Moore and Mary O Neill Two Seniors were admitted as new members ol th National Thespians for their work in dramatlcs Thef were Bud Crockett and Beryl Darby. Seniors lncluded 1n the cast ol the Iunior Senior tournament play were Al Combs Reta Gersbach Les Palmer Lois Straus and Betty Wheeler . , Directed by Miss Ieanne Richardson, the play was a huge success.
