Bartsch. Mr. Bartsch was born on April 21, 1919, in the town of Mount Morris, Wiscon- sin. While attending Brownlow Elementary School in his home town, he was awarded a certificate for the highest grade average in Waushara County. Concordia College, Milwaukee, became his high school Ahna Mater and provided the begin- ning of his college study. Upon completion of the course of studies at Concordia, Mr. Bartsch enrolled in Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Bartsch entered the Ministry at Wallis, Texas, after completing a year of teaching at the Mexican Mission, Houston, Texas.
