ROBERT F. SINCLAIR Sink , with his slow, deliberate drawl, is one of the strong, silent men of our class. Many people have underestimated Bobby's abilties in more ways than one. In athletics Bob has shone in both baseball and basketball, and yet he has been unjustly overlooked when athletics are discussed. In schoolwork he is notorious for coming up with 1 spectacular answ er at the most unexpected times Though his social escapades are not so talked of is others he has done more than his share of hetrtbrciking Bob has 1 habit of inyuring him self in the oddest xx lys imaginable No one can deny that Bob is one of the truly grand members of our class and ought to do well at Brown next eir STEPHEN G SWISHER III There is only one boy who may be identified by a smirk Skip There have been many titles be stowed upon this laddie the most fitting of these is the connoisseur of women Through his pro found tdherence to ethics he has developed 1 tremendous social popularity His honesty may be proyed by the fact that he has been treasurer thc distinction of being the most htrdheirted council member ind yet let it neycr be sud th it Skip is inexorlble He xx as co ciptun of hockey md trick ind h IS xyon letters in footbtll hockey tnd trick His grtdes hue ilyxiys becn tcce-pt c Next ycxr yxc cxpcct to sce Skip it X ind wc irc ccrtun thit hc will do yyell WK ,rx V 1 L 4 ' 1 . . . MAURICE J. REUTER, JR. Probably the most widely known member of our class is Maurie Reuter. His amazing abilities in the field of sports and his undying friendliness have accounted for this fact. Mouse seems to have something really extra-specialg all the women seem to flock to him. The exploits of this lad on the gridiron have become almost legendary, but to the unbeaten, untied team of this year they are a reality. Maurie showed wonderful spirit and leadership throughout this year's football season, and he has shown almost amazing improvement in school work. We are sure that wherever Maurie goes to college he will be a success both in his work and among his fellow students. OLAF I. ROVE If any of Ole's friends have ever had trouble with their cars, he has been more than happy to lend a helping hand, Offy has the reputation for say- ing the wrong thing at the right time. His antics in class and his drawings before class have been considerably enjoyable to all of us. It has been only in the last year or two that Ole has come into his own. However, he has made a place for himself in our class doings. His loose-jointed walk and loping run have become a familiar sight around the School upon the Hill. No matter where he decides to further his education, Ole will be favorably accepted.

ARTHUR M. TOEPFER Art may be considered one of the so-called old guard of the senior class, as he has been with us since the fifth form. In good nature Art rates highly, possessing an amiable manner and a rare sense of humor. Art is perhaps best known to his classmates as an excellent authority on the world of sports. Due to an injury incurred during his sophomore year, Toofer has been unable to take part in athletics to any great extentg but his finesse along these lines is well-known to all his colleagues, as he was a member of both the varsity basketball and baseball teams. His Epicurean tastes and his joie de vivre will be further culti- vated on the shores of Lake Mendota next year. CARL A. WEIGELL Another of the old guard , Carl has been with this year's senior class since kindergarten days. It is with deepest sincerity that we say it would be extremely difficult to find a young man with as friendly a manner as Carl's. Always good-natured and rarely given to complaining, Carl has made his impression on the school with firm decision and character. He has proved invaluable to the Arrou' throughout his school career because of his excellent photography. Basketball is Carl's forte as far as sports are concerned, but despite his evident ability he has contented himself with Senior Leagues. We predict a very bright future for our classmate, Carl, and feel certain that he will be greatly missed around C.D.
