'larsl if CAPTAIN CECIL B HAl5hl'NS JR USN KFORNIFIU After graduating from the Arkansas City, Kansas, Junior College in 1953, Captain Hawkins entered the l'.S, Navy as a Naval Aviation Cadet. He received his flight training at Pensa- cola, Florida, and Corpus Christi, Texas. His sea duty assign- ments have been with various Attack Squadrons on both coasts, flying the Al Skyraider, A4 Skyhawk and the A7 Corsair. He has commanded Attack Squadron THIRTY SFVFN, NAS Cecil Field, Jacksonville, Florida, and .Attack Squadron ONE TWENTY TWO, the west coast A7E Replacement Training Squadron, located at NAS Leemoore, California. Captain Hawkins has completed three WESTPAC and five Mediterranean deployments, qualified in twenty-six different air- craft, flown over 5400 hours accident free and made a total of 940 arrested landings on sixteen aircraft carriers of the LLS, Navy. Captain Hawkins' shore duty assignments include two tours at the U,S, Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, California, where he received degrees in Naval Science, Mathematics and Aeronautical Engineering. He was an Academic Instructor in Aeronautics at the U,S, Naval School, Pre-Flight, Pensacola, Florida, and served as the .Attack Training Officer on the Staff of Commander, Naval Air Forces, Atlantic, Norfolk, Virginia. ln December 1973, Captain Hawkins reported to Commander in Chief, U.S. Naval Forces, Europe, London, England, as the Plans and Policy Section Head. H9 completed the seventeen- week Senior Officers Ship Material Readiness Course at the Naval Reactor Facility, Idaho Falls, ldaho, and the six-week Surface Warfare Officers School Command Course at Newport, R.l.

CAPTAIN ARTHUR M. PAGE, USN fPRESENTl Upon graduation from Monterey Peninsula College in 1955, Captain Page entered the Naval Aviation Cadet Program. He was commissioned an Ensign in August 1956 and designated a Naval Aviator in December of that year. Captain Page's subsequent tours of duty were with VA-105 embarked in USS ESSEX CCVA-95, VA-22 embarked in USS MID- WAY KCVA-4153 instructor duty with VA-42 at Oceana, Virginia, VA-75 embarked in USS SARATOGA CCVA-6055 as Officer-in- Charge of VX-5 Detachment O at Oceana, as Executive! Commanding Officer of VA-85 embarked in USS FORRESTAL KCVA-593, and as Commander Carrier Air Wing Seven embarked in USS INDEPENDENCE KCV-625. Other tours of duty include: U.S. Naval Combat information Center, Glynco, Georgia, assigned as an instructor: NROTC Unit, UniV9l'Sily Of Washington, assigned as a student in the Five Term Degree Program: Carrier Division Seven!CTF 77, assigned as Aide and Flag Lieutenant to the Command, Naval Air Forces U.S. Atlantic Fleet, assigned as the Air Wing Training Officer. H2 was awarded a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Uni- versity 0f Washington in 1962 and is a service school graduate of Phe Afmed Forces Staff C0ll0ge, Norfolk, Virginia, the Senior Officers Course, U.S. Naval War College, Newport, Rhode Island, and the S enior Officer's Ship Material Readiness Course, Idaho Falls, Idaho - of DUIFIHE his career he has accumulated over 5200 flight hours iwhlchnover 3000 are in the A6 series aircraft. Other oper- atlonal aircraft flown in both sea and shore tours include the AD Skyraider, FZH Banshee, FJ Fury, A4C Skyhawk, F4 Phantom, A7 Corsair ll and S3 Viking.
