. % t o« I-. Field Hockey 1983 The team of 1983 was a very special team that was led by 6 outstanding seniors. They were not only outstanding athletes but also outstanding individuals. They overcame year long adversity that included having a first year coach who knew nothing about the game. Congratulations team especially our 6 seniors. Agnus, Johanne, Mary. Tammy, and Bobbi, and Jennifer. ' rV Soccer The 1983 Varsity Boys Soccer Team had an excellent season, with a final record of 15-1-1. Captains Rob Hamblett, Sean Navin and junior Greg Parah were elected to the high school all star team. In November. Sean Navin and goalkeeper Ollie El-Kareh were nominated for athletes of the month in Vermont. Although losing to Mt. Anthony in the state play-offs. Milton did earn the title of league champions. Every person, on the Varsity Soccer Team has something to be proud of. All players, coaches, managers, and scorekeepers deserve much recognition for their fine efforts and hard work during the 1983 season. The 1983 Varsity Girls Soccer Team. Good Luck to the Seniors in their future years. All of this year ' s sprints arc dedicated to them. The Girls J. V. Soccer Team enjoyed a very fine season 7-2-3. The girls worked very hard and showed a great deal of enthusiasm. The Junior Varsity Boys Soccer Team completed another fine season, finishing with a 9-4-1 record. The level of play ex- hibited by these players indicates that the future of Milton soccer on the junior varsity and varsity levels will continue to be strong. 65
