oreword As you look through your 1954 edition of the Bricks and Icy, you will notice that we have not tried to introduce any radical changes in the book. We have tried to include good taste, sense of balance and concise writing in the hope that the combination will emerge as a worthwhile yearbook, which will be conducive to happy memories. l sincerely hope we have accomplished our aims. I would like to thank Mr. Edward P. Cowley for his steady counseling and assistance, without which this book could not have been possible.
