Judy Hud- son was elected President of the group, and Elaine Birl secretary-treasurer. George Esham, James Murray. Clifton Mumford. Roland Johnson, David Collins, Joshua Messick. Donald Fox. F.F.A. F.F.A. and Vo. Ag. are two terms frequently heard in High School. The first stands for Future Farmers of America and is an integral part of the second term which means Vocational Agriculture. This four-year program is offered for agriculturallv-minded hovs who wish to make farming their life work. To successfully complete a vear's work in Vo. Ag. a hov must have a farm project of some kind at home and turn in a project record hook upon its completion. Work in school is divided between Farm Shop and class work in which a boy studies livestock. crops and Farm Mechanics. The highest award which a hov can ohtain in the l:.F.A. is the gold key of the Diamond Farmer. Two bovs from Millshoro have attained this degree during the past five years. They were VVavne Cooper and Richard Johnson. The EFA. also encourages participation in various leadership activities: Parliamentary Procedure Contests.
