kathryn lefoldt, ac hostess clairo schmid, student affairs office ancient languages due to the renewed emphasis on the classics, zeus, from his throne on mt. olympus, has found favor with millsaps college, the only tragedy is the appearance of a trojan horse that is concurrent with exams. the professors of the latin department are at- tempting to resurrect the latin language, as students are repeatedly told that latin is not dead! efforts to point out the influences of latin and greek in our history and languages are unending. ad excellentium! richard freis (not pictured, Catherine freis)

lucy webb millsaps magnolia coullet, latin and music rufus turner art although the millsaps art department does not offer a major in art, it is ex - cellent in teaching the art of pot-throwing (smoking?), the department facilities are spacious, well-lighted and well-equipped and there are two full-time faculty mem- bers who frequently put on exhibitions, the new head of the department, mr. turner, hopes to develop an art major in the future, he also envisions enclosing the ac parking lot to make a metal-works shop.
