During the fall, officers for the Class of 1963 were elected. 'I'hey were Gary Neuse, president: Bob Howell, vice-president: lo Ann McCline, secretary: and Sharon Pincus, treasurer. The first view of Mills High School which most of the members ot the Class of l963 qot was dur- inq the confused, hectic Freshman Campus Day on September 4, l959. On that day incominq Freshmen were introduced to their faculty ad- visors: Miss Virginia Emery, Mrs. Bertha Ode- qard, and Mr. Roy Drury. Student leaders spoke to them about Mills and took them on a tour of HERINE ABBOTT MATTHEW AKERS DAVID ALGER MARGARET ALLEN DON ARATA BARBARA ARMSTRONG IAMES ARTEEROS BOB AUSANO . ELDER Emu the school. After the tour, they all enjoyed an afternoon of swimminq in the pool. The Freshman Class, the largest class at Mills with 303 members, elected as its leaders Gary Neese, president: Bob Howell, vice-president: lo Ann McCline, secretary: and Sharon Pincus, treasurer.
