A Foci of Leadership It does not matter ivho rules, It does not truly matter who is in charge. The individual person is as important as the person is important to the entire group. The person who leads should never simply command, for the members of the group look to a leader for guidance, support, friendship, sometimes love, and then authority. Of all the members of the group the leader should make the best effort, and the greatest sacrifice; for the sake of the group and the people within.
