ARCHI- TECTURE Millikin ' s small 40-acre campus is one of the most beautiful university settings in the state of Illinois. Three of the original structures, the Liberal Arts Hall, East Hall and West Hall, remain a distinct landmark and the towers of L.A. are one of the most recognizable sights in all of Decatur. The historical tradition of the campus was al- ways a major concern through periods of expansion and reconstruction. The newer buildings, the modern structures, were carefully designed so as not to detract from the feeling and tradition felt while touring this small but very lovely campus.
